At a Public Hearing of the Alamance County Board of Commissioners on Monday, November 16, 2020, a proposal to extend economic development incentives to Chick-fil-A, Inc. will be considered. Chick-fil-A, Inc. has plans to create new taxable investment in Alamance County of up to $52,000,000 in real property and equipment and to create approximately 160 full-time jobs at an average annual salary of $63,375. The proposed Alamance County incentive offer is $390,000 to be paid over five (5) years. The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, November 16, 2020 at 7:00PM at the Alamance County Historic Courthouse located at 1 SE Court Square, Graham NC.

The 2020 Alamance County Veterans Day Parade scheduled for
November 14th has been cancelled due to concerns related to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
“While we will miss the opportunity to celebrate and thank our veterans. The Veterans Day Parade Committee made this decision to protect the safety of our veterans and community,” stated Tammy Crawford, Veterans Services Director for Alamance County.
